Calls or messages: decide this first
Sera is a front desk that answers the phone. Aivastark doesn't take phone calls. It answers where people type: your website, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Messenger, Telegram and email, all into one inbox. If your phone rings more than your DMs, start with Twig. If your customers message you, and especially if they find you through Instagram or WhatsApp ads, Aivastark covers those channels and Twig doesn't list Instagram, Messenger or Telegram.
