Why Aivastark exists

Most AI support tools forced a trade-off. Either you got a generic assistant that didn't know your product, or you spent months building a custom retrieval pipeline and then looking after it forever.

Aivastark is the third option: an agent that learns the website, files and FAQs you already have, wears your brand, goes live in under five minutes, and is paid for with a flat monthly plan rather than a fee for every resolution.

    Your agent's name, colours, logo and persona on every plan. A small Powered by Aivastark badge shows on plans up to Growth and can be switched off on Scale.

Your knowledge base, embeddings and conversations are stored in Aivastark's managed Supabase database on AWS in Tokyo, isolated to your organisation. Aivastark doesn't train or fine-tune AI models on your content, and a GDPR Data Processing Agreement is included on every plan.
