Will this actually work with our messy knowledge base?
Yes · it's literally what we're built for. Aivastark handles half-finished help pages, outdated PDFs, and conflicting FAQs by preferring the most recent source and citing exactly which doc it used. Your team sees every answer with its source, so cleaning up wrong docs becomes a two-minute weekly habit, not a six-month project.
What if our docs are outdated?
Two safety nets. First, every answer cites its source · so when a customer says "that's wrong, we ship FedEx now," you see exactly which doc to fix and the agent auto-rewrites the answer after re-indexing. Second, you set a re-crawl schedule; updates land in the agent within minutes.
Can we trust an AI to represent our brand?
You set the tone, name, and voice. Upload five example replies and the agent matches your formality, hedge words, and emoji use. White-labeled · visitors never see "Aivastark." And below a confidence threshold it hands off to a human instead of inventing something cringeworthy.
What's the catch? When does it get expensive?

What happens when the agent doesn't know the answer?
It says so, honestly. Aivastark has a confidence threshold; below it, the agent escalates into your unified inbox with the full thread and visitor contact attached. No hallucinated tracking numbers, no fake policy quotes.
Can I see every conversation?
Yes. Every message, source cited, confidence score and resolution outcome is logged in your dashboard, exportable as CSV or via API.
How do you handle customer PII?
PII is redacted before it reaches the model and never used for training. GDPR DPA is included on every plan, and you can auto-purge conversations on a schedule from your settings.
Will the agent sound like our brand?
Yes. You set the tone, name, and voice. Upload five example replies and the agent matches your formality and emoji use. White-labeled, so visitors never see "Aivastark."
Does the agent speak my customers' languages?
Yes. The agent runs on GPT-4o-mini (gpt-4o on Growth, which adds image vision), handling 80+ languages natively. It auto-detects the visitor's language from their first message and replies in it. Tune the tone per market in your AI Settings.
