Summary
- Roles. The customer is the data controller; Aivastark is the data processor for personal data uploaded into the Service or collected through the embedded widget.
- Purpose. Aivastark processes personal data only as necessary to provide the Service per the customer's documented instructions.
- Sub-processors. Listed at /sub-processors; we provide notice of changes.
- Security. Encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access, audit logs.
- International transfers. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
- Data subject rights. We assist controllers in responding to access, correction, deletion, and portability requests.
