Aivastark is a white-label AI customer-support agent. You train it on your own knowledge — website crawls, uploaded documents, a GitHub repo, hand-written FAQs — and it answers your customers across your website widget, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and Telegram. It cites the source it used, captures leads, books meetings, and escalates into your unified inbox only when it genuinely cannot answer. Your customers never see the Aivastark name.

4. **Go live** — Streaming answers with citations, lead capture, booking, and escalation into your unified inbox.
5. **Improve it** — Every conversation is logged with its sources, confidence score and outcome. Thumbs-up/down and answer-gap detection feed back into the knowledge base.
