Setup

Add a chatbot to Wix in three steps

  1. Copy your snippet

    In the Aivastark dashboard, open Connect with Website and copy your script tag.

  2. Add it as custom code

    In your Wix dashboard go to Settings → Custom Code → Add Custom Code. Paste the snippet, choose All pages, and place it in Body – end.

  3. Apply

    Click Apply. The agent appears on every page, including pages you add later.

Before you start

Wix only runs custom code on a site that is published and has a connected domain. That is Wix's rule rather than ours.

There is no Aivastark app in the Wix App Market yet; the snippet is the supported install and gives you the full widget.

Which plan includes it

The widget is on every Aivastark plan, including the permanent Free plan, which needs no card. Messaging channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram are Starter and above.

What is a Wix chatbot?

A Wix chatbot is a chat assistant added to a Wix website. An AI chatbot answers visitors' questions from the site's own content, rather than from a script of buttons and canned replies.

Aivastark is added through Wix's Custom Code setting, learns your published pages, and hands the conversation to your team when it cannot help.
