Aivastark uses the following sub-processors to operate the Service. Each is contractually bound to maintain Aivastark's data-protection standards.
Infrastructure
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- Supabase — Postgres, vector storage, authentication.
AI inference
- OpenAI and/or Anthropic — large language models used for response generation. Customer content is sent only at inference time, never used to train shared models.
Operational
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized product analytics.
- Email delivery provider — transactional email (account, billing, security).
- Payment processor — billing for paid plans.
