Is the chat HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. PII is redacted before it reaches the model and never used for training. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on Enterprise. Conversation and appointment data are encrypted end-to-end, calendar data is never exposed to third parties, and automatic audit logs cover every booking. Data can stay in the US or EU region of your choice and be auto-purged after 30 days.
Will it actually know my office hours and services?

What happens with after-hours leads?
