Run it without leaving wp-admin

Connect the plugin to your Aivastark account and Aivastark opens as a full-screen app inside WordPress: the Widget editor, Inbox, Knowledge base, Leads and Analytics, already signed in.

  • Display rules pick the pages, devices and visitors that see the widget, and how early it loads.
  • Your agent's name, colours and persona on every plan; hide the Aivastark badge on Scale; custom white-label arrangements on Enterprise, on request.

Know your logged-in visitors

Turn on “Know your logged-in visitors” and the agent knows which signed-in user it is talking to. The identity is verified with a signature, so a visitor can't pretend to be someone else. Available on Growth and above.

Install the WordPress plugin in three steps

    Install the plugin

    In WordPress go to Plugins → Add New, search for “Aivastark”, then Install and Activate.

  2. 2

    Copy your Widget Key

    In the Aivastark dashboard, open Connect with Website → WordPress. The plugin zip you can download there has the key built in.

  3. 3

    Paste and save

    In WordPress open Aivastark → Settings, paste the key and save. The agent is live on every page.

How do I add an AI chatbot to WordPress?

Install the Aivastark plugin from Plugins → Add New and activate it, then paste your Widget Key under Aivastark → Settings and save. The agent appears on every page of the site.

Is the plugin free?

Yes. The plugin is free and GPL-licensed, and Aivastark's Free plan is permanent and needs no card. Paid plans start with a 7-day trial.

Do I need an OpenAI or ChatGPT API key?

No. The AI is included in your Aivastark plan; the only thing the plugin needs is your Widget Key.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. The plugin puts the agent on your store, and you connect WooCommerce separately from the Aivastark dashboard so the agent can read your catalogue and orders.

What are the requirements?

WordPress 5.8 or later and PHP 7.4 or later. The plugin is tested up to WordPress 6.8.

Can I show it on only some pages?

Yes. Leave the site-wide key empty and add the shortcode [aivastark key="YOUR_WIDGET_KEY"] to the pages where the widget should load.

Will it slow down my WordPress site?

No. The widget script loads asynchronously, so it stays out of the critical rendering path.
