Where Chatbase is the better choice
- Model choice: you can run the agent on OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Mistral and others. Aivastark picks the model for you.
- Built-in voice and telephony from the Standard plan. Aivastark has no phone line.
- A deep catalogue of ready-made actions (Stripe, Shopify cart/orders/returns, Calendly, Cal.com, Salesforce, WhatsApp Catalog) and many helpdesk connectors.
- A larger, established install base ("10,000+ businesses", per its pricing page).

Running out is where the gap is widest. Chatbase auto-recharge is $40 per 1,000 credits. Aivastark bills $1.20–$4.00 per 1,000 past your allowance, and never switches the agent off on a paid plan.
The fair caveat: Aivastark's allowance is counted in GPT-4o-mini replies (a gpt-4o reply costs 10 credits). Chatbase lets you choose stronger models, which also cost more credits per reply. If you need a specific frontier model, Chatbase gives you that choice.
Branding: be precise about what you're buying
On both products, the agent carries your name, colours and persona. The small vendor mark is the difference. Chatbase removes "Powered by Chatbase" for $99 a month on top of a plan. Aivastark lets you switch its badge off on Scale ($319/month). Both reserve full white-labelling for Enterprise.
If all you need is to lose the badge at low volume, Chatbase's add-on is likely the cheaper route; check which of its plans it is sold with. At Scale volume (75,000 replies) Aivastark's badge switch comes included.
Channels are closer than they used to be
Chatbase now answers on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger from its $40 plan, so channel count alone doesn't separate the two. Aivastark adds Telegram and email as channels from $39, routes every channel into one inbox, and hands off to a person with the full thread when the agent can't answer. Chatbase adds phone voice from $150, which Aivastark doesn't offer.

Yes. Point Aivastark at the same website URLs, or upload the same files. Conversation history doesn't transfer, so export it from Chatbase first if you need it.
