Aivastark has 6 public plans. Free is permanent and needs no card (300 credits/month). Paid plans start at $12/month (Solo). Enterprise is custom and sales-led.

All prices are in USD. Annual billing is charged once a year at the total shown. A 7-day free trial is available on every paid plan; a card is required so the subscription can start on day 8, and cancelling before then costs nothing. The Free tier is permanent and needs no card.

## How billing works

Usage is metered in weighted credits, not conversations. One gpt-4o-mini reply costs 1 credit; a gpt-4o reply costs 10; image understanding adds 3; a voice reply adds 2; knowledge ingestion costs 1 credit per page.

**Paid plans never stop answering.** Past its credit allowance a paid plan keeps
replying and the excess is billed as overage at the per-1,000-credit rate in the
table above. Free is the only tier that stops, because it has no card on file.

Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated in both directions.
Cancellation is self-serve at any time, and your conversation history exports to
CSV before you go.

## Enterprise

Enterprise is sales-led with no self-serve checkout. It covers custom credit
volume and flexible billing, white-labelled domains and email, SAML/OIDC SSO,
custom roles, audit-log export, EU data residency, a HIPAA Business Associate
Agreement, SLAs, a named success manager, and Done-For-You setup.

## How this compares to per-resolution pricing

Vendors that charge per resolved conversation (for example Intercom Fin at roughly $0.99 per resolution) scale their bill directly with your support volume, so a good month for your business is an expensive month for your support budget. Aivastark charges a flat monthly plan plus a published overage rate, so the bill is predictable and the marginal cost of one more answered question is known in advance.
