# Aivastark — Integrations

Aivastark installs with a single JavaScript snippet on any website. The
platforms, channels and tools below have a first-party integration on top of that.

## Website & CMS install

One line of JavaScript works on any site. These platforms additionally have a first-party install path.

- **JavaScript snippet** — A single `<script>` tag. Works on any stack, loads after first paint.
- **WordPress** — Official plugin — paste one Widget Key and the agent is live.
- **Shopify** — Official app, installed from the Shopify admin. Also powers the Shopify agentic tool.
- **Webflow** — Custom-code embed, plus a Webflow app for site-wide install.
- **Wix** — Wix app install.
- **Squarespace** — Code-injection embed.
- **Framer** — Custom-code embed.
- **Drupal** — Custom-block embed.
- **BigCommerce** — Script-manager embed.
- **Google Tag Manager** — Custom HTML tag — no site deploy needed.
- **React / Next.js / Vue** — Embed SDK component for single-page apps.
- **GitHub** — Opens a pull request against your repo containing the snippet.

## Messaging channels

One agent, one knowledge base, one inbox. Channels are available on Growth and above; Starter includes any one channel.

- **Facebook Messenger** — Inbound DMs route into the unified inbox.
- **Instagram DMs** — Inbound DMs route into the unified inbox.
- **WhatsApp** — WhatsApp Business messaging plus a callback button on the widget.
- **Telegram** — Bot connection into the same inbox.
- **Email** — Two-way email inbox sync, so email threads land beside chat.

## Agentic tools (the agent can act, not just answer)

Available on Growth and above. Each tool is opt-in per widget and is called only when the conversation calls for it.

- **Google Calendar** — Reads availability and books meetings inside the chat.
- **Cal.com** — Availability lookup and booking.
- **Calendly** — Availability lookup and booking.
- **Shopify** — Order lookup, fulfilment status, and product answers.
- **Database (PostgreSQL)** — Read-only queries against a schema you scope.
- **MCP servers** — Connect any Model Context Protocol server as a tool.
- **Custom webhooks** — Call your own HTTP endpoint as a tool.

## Support, CRM & analytics

- **Zendesk** — Ticket sync plus the public ticket API (Scale).
- **Slack** — Escalation and lead notifications.
- **Lead webhook** — Captured leads POST to your endpoint the moment they are captured.
- **Google Ads** — Ad-spend connect for marketing attribution (Scale).
- **Meta Ads** — Ad-spend connect for marketing attribution (Scale).
- **Stripe** — Revenue connect, so conversations are reported against revenue (Scale).

## Knowledge sources

What the agent can be trained on.

- **Website crawl** — Point at a URL; re-crawl on demand or on a schedule.
- **File upload** — PDF, DOCX and TXT, up to 20 MB per file. Re-uploads re-index automatically.
- **GitHub repository** — Ingest docs straight from a repo.
- **Raw text** — Post content directly via the API.
- **Hand-written FAQs** — Write them yourself, or edit the AI-suggested ones.

## Installing

The universal install is one script tag placed before `</body>`:

The WordPress plugin, Shopify app, Wix app and Webflow app do this for you.
The GitHub integration opens a pull request against your repository containing
the same snippet. Google Tag Manager can deploy it as a Custom HTML tag without
a site deploy.
