Every release, month by month, newest first. Each entry is checked against the product, so nothing here is a plan or a feature that's switched off. ## October 2026 More of the conversation in every answer, a reply wait on Meta channels, and a fact-checked website. - **The agent reads more of the conversation** (Agent) — Before it answers, the agent now reads far more of the conversation, including what your team said, so a long chat or a handover no longer loses the thread. - **Wait for the whole question** (Channels) — On WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger you can choose how long the agent waits before replying, up to 45 seconds, so a question sent in three quick messages gets one answer. - **A fact-checked website** (Website) — The site was rebuilt in a lighter design, with a page for each job and industry that says what the agent does and what it doesn't, checked against the product. ## September 2026 Greetings on every channel, Meta without Business Suite, ordering on WooCommerce, offers, and a rebuilt Automations canvas. - **Offers the agent can quote** (Commerce, Knowledge) — Add the discounts and promo codes you're running under Knowledge › Offers, with start and end dates, or import your WooCommerce coupons. The agent answers “any discount?” and “koi offer hai?” from the offers that are live, and you can add your store's own words for a sale. - **Links you can see** (Widget, Inbox) — A link in the agent's answer now shows the page name followed by the address itself, clickable, in the website widget and your inbox, the same way links already appeared on WhatsApp, Messenger and Telegram. - **Your own greeting on every channel** (Channels) — A plain hello on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Telegram is now answered with the welcome message you set, instead of whatever the assistant improvised. Edit it once under First reply in Agent Settings and it applies everywhere. - **Connect Facebook and Instagram without Business Suite** (Channels) — You can now connect a Page with an ordinary Facebook login, or connect an Instagram account that has no Facebook Page behind it at all. The old flow assumed a Meta Business Suite portfolio most small businesses never set up. - **Ticket alerts in Slack** (Inbox) — New tickets and SLA breaches can be sent to a Slack channel, not just handoff requests. Turn it on per project. - **Preview the widget on your own site** (Widget) — The shareable preview link can now show the real widget over your live homepage, so what you send a colleague looks like the finished thing rather than a demo canvas. - **Shopify cart, requests and addresses** (Commerce) — Fixes to cart links, product requests and address collection in the chat: the shopper-facing half of August's commerce work. - **A clearer Channels page** (Channels) — One card for each way you can connect, rather than one per logo, so WhatsApp through Meta and WhatsApp through your own number are no longer the same tile in two states. - **Instagram no longer answers twice** (Channels) — Instagram was sending our own replies back to us as new messages, which duplicated every bubble and reset the follow-up counter. Fixed, and the duplicates were cleaned up. - **Mobile site polish** (Website) — The menu scrolls itself instead of the page behind it, the hero fits properly on small screens, and there is a signup button in the mobile header. - **The agent recognises when a customer wants to buy** (Commerce) — On any store it collects the order details and passes them to your team to confirm, and on WooCommerce it can place a cash-on-delivery order in the chat once you switch ordering on. WooCommerce also joined Shopify for catalogue sync, webhooks, live pricing and stock. - **Automations, rebuilt as one canvas** (Automations) — Drag, connect and publish on a single builder, with buttons, media, carousels and a schedule trigger, plus a clear line between what's a draft and what's actually live. - **Automatic greetings, free on every plan** (Widget, Channels) — A new Engagement section under Agent Settings sets up greeting rules in a minute, without touching Automations. - **A better inbox** (Inbox) — A visual refresh, plus an "Unanswered" filter, clickable links inside messages, attachment previews without leaving the page, and incoming messages translated automatically as they arrive. - **Promotion codes for Aivastark plans** (Billing) — Aivastark plans can now be bought with a promotion code at checkout. - **Connect an API** (Agent) — Turn your own GET endpoints into tools the agent can call, such as order status or account usage, instead of waiting on a native integration. - **Voice calls from the website widget, in beta** (Widget) — A visitor taps Call and talks to the same assistant that answers their chat. When they ask for a person, a teammate can join the live call from the inbox, or the call becomes a ticket. This is not a phone line. - **HubSpot and ClickUp** (Inbox) — Both join Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce and webhooks as places your tickets can sync to. - **Product photos in DMs** (Commerce, Channels) — With a Shopify catalogue connected, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram now send product photos automatically, and no longer hand a customer the number they're already messaging you on. - **The agent checks its own knowledge base first** (Knowledge) — It searches before saying it doesn't know, and knowledge-base owners get a heads-up when a crawled page has changed and when training finishes. - **Admin security hardening** (Security) — Two-factor authentication and a password policy for admin accounts, a security event log, and a round of cross-tenant data isolation fixes. ## August 2026 Ticketing, Shopify catalogue sync, credit-based plans, team permissions and a light theme. - **Marketing attribution** (Analytics) — A new Attribution section with a UTM builder and channel, campaign, creative and model reporting. Ad click IDs are captured automatically, and Google Ads joins Meta Ads and Stripe as a connection, so you can see which campaigns produce conversations and revenue. - **Built-in ticketing** (Inbox) — Tickets are now a first-class part of the platform: SLA policies, inbound email intake, a customer CSAT rating page, and support settings for business hours and routing. Tickets sync to Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot and Salesforce, so they reach your team wherever it works. - **Knowledge-base corrections** (Knowledge) — Tell the assistant "the site says X, the truth is Y" and the correction outranks whatever was crawled. Corrections survive a re-crawl, so a stale page can't bring the wrong answer back. - **Automations, rebuilt as one surface** (Automations) — Workflows and proactive workflows merged into a single Automations page. Triggers now include on-page behaviour, such as scroll depth, time on page, pages viewed and exit intent, alongside audience targeting, wait steps that resume later, and email and Slack steps. - **WhatsApp in a few clicks** (Channels) — Connect WhatsApp from inside the dashboard through Meta's embedded signup instead of setting it up in the Meta console, with coexistence support for an existing WhatsApp Business setup. - **Credit-based pricing** (Billing) — Six plans (Free, Solo, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise) metered in credits rather than conversations, so a short chat costs less than a long one. Paid plans past their allowance keep answering and bill the difference as overage, instead of cutting off. - **Refresh a source on demand** (Knowledge) — From Starter, re-crawl a website source on demand, once a day, with a visible refresh history. Growth can also schedule daily, weekly or monthly re-crawls. - **A calmer dashboard** (Dashboard) — Widgets, Team, Leads, Agent, Attribution and Visitor Lenz each collapse into one page with tabs, and the chat panel now has a merchant-set default size plus a working visitor resize handle. - **Privacy fixes in visitor analytics** (Analytics, Security) — The tracker no longer records the contents of form fields on click, and text captured before the fix has been purged. Analytics data now ages out on a retention schedule rather than being kept indefinitely. - **Your Shopify catalogue, synced** (Commerce) — Products, variants, prices and stock now sync directly from Shopify (a full first import, then webhooks and a scheduled delta sync to keep it current), with a Products page that shows what has been imported and what is still running. The assistant answers from the catalogue rather than from crawled product pages, so the same product can't be described two different ways. - **Product answers that fit the question** (Commerce) — Search now ranks results against what the shopper actually asked instead of returning the first few rows, sizes and their synonyms resolve to the same variant (medium, M, 10), a vague request gets one clarifying question before the search, and the assistant will not state a price, size or stock level that no live lookup returned. - **Team permissions, invites and an activity log** (Team) — Invite a teammate to the whole workspace or to a single project, grant access section by section, see pending invites in the app rather than only by email, and review who changed knowledge, canned responses, team access or a conversation. - **An email inbox that works properly** (Inbox, Channels) — Full message bodies and real threading (both were missing), marketing mail kept out of the auto-reply path, and AI-drafted replies you review and approve from the inbox before anything sends. - **Ticket status inside the chat** (Widget) — Visitors can check the tickets they raised without leaving the widget or creating an account, and you choose which fields the ticket form asks for. - **AI-written help articles** (Knowledge) — Draft a help center article from a prompt, edit it, and publish it. - **Light mode** (Dashboard) — The dashboard, inbox and admin now render in a light theme by default. - **Edit the widget by clicking it** (Widget) — Hover any part of the preview, such as the greeting, the header or a suggested question, and edit it in place instead of finding the matching field in a form. - **Attachments on every channel** (Channels) — Images, documents and voice notes sent on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Telegram are stored and shown in the inbox, and the assistant reads the images and transcribes the voice notes. Meta channels also get typing indicators and reactions, and Telegram and Slack contacts show their real profile pictures. - **Bring your own WhatsApp number** (Channels) — If you already run WhatsApp Business through your own Meta app, you can connect it manually rather than going through embedded signup. - **Budget alerts and credit top-ups** (Billing) — You get an email as your credits and agent budget approach their limits, the dashboard shows where you stand, and support can add credits without touching your recorded usage. - **Faster replies** (Agent) — The work a turn does before answering now runs in parallel and streams sooner, and we measure per-channel response time so slow paths are visible rather than assumed. - **Forget me on this device** (Widget, Security) — Visitors can clear the identity the widget stored in their own browser, from the widget menu. - **Security hardening** (Security) — Injected code was removed from the repository and every production build is now scanned for it, Shopify store records were scoped to their owning merchant, admin checks moved server-side, and HTML email is sanitised before it renders in the inbox. ## July 2026 Business Automations, live visitor chat and AI traffic in Visitor Lenz. - **Business Automations** (Automations) — A no-code automation builder with starter templates, a visual canvas with branching, webhooks, notifications and two-phase calendar booking, plus a run history so you can see what fired and what it produced. - **Live visitor chat** (Inbox) — Talk to someone on your site in real time, with the conversation mirrored into the shared inbox alongside every other channel. - **AI traffic in Visitor Lenz** (Analytics) — See referrals from AI assistants and visits from AI crawlers, separately from ordinary traffic. - **Inbox improvements** (Inbox) — Conversation tags, answer feedback in the widget, richer visitor context, and analytics export. - **Guided onboarding and a help center for your customers** (Dashboard) — New accounts get a guided onboarding journey, and you can publish help articles for your own customers. ## June 2026 The Shopify embedded app, Answer Gaps and Match my brand. - **Shopify embedded app** (Commerce) — Aivastark runs inside Shopify admin, with Shopify billing and deep links. - **Answer Gaps** (Knowledge) — The questions your knowledge base can't answer, grouped into a report with a one-click “add as FAQ”. - **Match my brand** (Widget) — Generate a widget theme from your own site, review it, then apply it. The first greeting and suggested questions are drawn from your knowledge base, so they're yours from the start. - **Zendesk tickets and Slack** (Inbox) — Zendesk ticket management, a Slack integration, and shareable links and tables in answers. - **Thumbs up and down on answers** (Widget) — Customers can rate individual answers, and new users get onboarding tooltips. - **Faster first token** (Agent) — Companion cards are generated alongside the answer instead of ahead of it, so replies start sooner. ## May 2026 Shadow DOM isolation, generative cards and the first Visitor Lenz. - **Shadow DOM isolation** (Widget) — Host-page CSS can no longer break the widget's layout. - **Generative cards** (Widget) — The assistant picks a card layout that fits the answer, such as products, locations, steps, plans or people, and styles it to your theme. - **Custom theme designer** (Widget) — Design the widget's theme and resize it, so the chat panel matches your brand without custom CSS. - **Team notifications and handoff settings** (Inbox) — In-app, email and WhatsApp notifications for your team, plus handoff settings for passing a conversation to a person. - **Visitor Lenz** (Analytics) — The first release of visitor analytics, alongside automated lead capture and social channel connections. - **Free-trial onboarding** (Dashboard) — A guided onboarding flow for new accounts. ## April 2026 Smart fallback, public pages and 80+ languages. - **Smart fallback** (Agent) — When your content doesn't cover a question, the agent can draw on general knowledge or offer a person, instead of leaving the customer at a dead end. - **Public marketing pages** (Website) — Features, Pricing, FAQ and Blog pages went live. - **Multi-language auto-detect** (Agent) — 80+ languages detected from the customer's first message, with the reply languages you allow set per agent. ## Earlier The foundations: the widget, the knowledge base and analytics. - **A branded widget** (Widget) — Your agent's name, colours, logo and persona in a website chat widget. - **Knowledge from your content** (Knowledge) — Ingestion for websites, PDFs and other documents. - **One script tag** (Widget) — The widget installs on any website with a single script tag. - **Conversation analytics and CSAT** (Analytics) — See how conversations go, and let customers rate them. --- *Aivastark · https://www.aivastark.com · updated 2026-10-07* This document is machine-readable documentation for AI assistants and search engines.
